Healing

Believing to do the will of God, and that was to set the captives free.

There is no other way, class, to get the deliverance that God has made available than to build believing in God and His Word. Now, you say to me, “Well, all men have died.” That's right. I know that. You don’t have to tell me. You know why? Because men reached the point, no matter who they are, they reach that point that this matter of believing for deliverance is just too much for them. They just don't believe.

It says in Hebrews 11, and we covered it in a tremendous way this past week in that seminar on pistis. Listed all the great men. From Noah, Enoch, all of those men. Abraham, Sarah. Right down the line. And it said these all died.

The only reason I can see in the Word for anybody dying is because we quit believing. And all the men quit believing, so all men die.

But God sent His Word that it has the potential in it that you can believe to be delivered. And we can be delivered as long as we believe. And it's doing the work. It's just doing it. I'm not anything special, it's God who is special and His Word is special. I have no more power than you do. Same God. It’s His Word. The Bible says he sent His Word and healed them. The greatest healing is in that Word. And when we believe that Word, then that deliverance begins to come.

Principles of Healing

Basically, healing has four categories in it: one is restoration; another is to do a cure; a third is to make sound; and the fourth is to reconcile. 

The Stability Of The Times

There is absolutely nothing stable about the kingdoms of the world. One of the kingdoms of the world is our country. There is nothing stable about the stock market; nothing stable about the prices that they pay for food or that they charge you at the market. So, basically, there’s nothing stable about the kingdoms of the world – always fluctuation or change. The reason, of course, for that is that they’re not built on truth. Truth is a constant. Truth is unchangeable, therefore, all truth is stable. You’ll remember the record in Malachi 3:6 where it says, “I am the Lord I change not,” because He is truth, and He does not change.

Acts Acts 11:17

All my people, this is a great day and a great hour. And here in the 11^th chapter of the Book of Acts is a tremendous record that ought to just bless your heart. Verse 19.

Acts 11:19-21:
Now they which were scattered abroad upon the persecution that arose about Stephen travelled as far as Phenice, and Cyprus, and Antioch, preaching the word to none but unto the Jews only. And some of them were men of Cyprus and Cyrene, which, when they were come to Antioch, spake unto the Grecians, preaching the Lord Jesus.
And the hand of the Lord was with them: and a great number believed, and turned unto the Lord.

Colossians 1

Turn to the Book of Colossians, Chapter 1 tonight, thank you. And I'm sure that all of you will be tremendously blessed as we again go into God's wonderful Word to discover for ourselves, anew, the greatness of the revelation that God has given to the church.

No Condemnation

Take your Bibles tonight and turn to the book of Romans chapter 8, and turn to 2 Corinthians because we're going to go to 2 Corinthians after a little bit.I said to you, the thing that keeps working in my heart and in my life is the potential which is latent within every believer to manifest the more abundant life. Jesus Christ came that we might have life and have it how? More abundantly. But when you look around about you, there are very, very few who are really manifesting even an abundant life, let alone a more abundant life – a life which is more than abundant.

The possibilities that are latent within the Christian believer seldom come into manifestation because we’re talked out of it all the time. The people with whom we fellowship, the environment in which we live, the surroundings with which we are engulfed, are of such a nature that instead of lifting us up and really developing the potential which is within us and making this into a kinetic form of manifestation, instead of bringing it out, what usually happens, it gets darker and less and less.
I'd like to set before you again tonight something that I've set before every class across the nation and foreign countries where I've taught; the absolute limitless limits that are latent within the believer because it’s Christ in you, the hope of glory.

The first thing that you have to realize, that if you are going to take the potential which is in your life, you're going to have to build this potential in manifestation upon the accuracy of God’s Word and forget about your feelings or your past teaching. You have to come to believe God’s Word and just say, “Thus saith the Lord,” and that settles it.
