Biblical Research
Friday Jul 09, 2021
Friday Jul 09, 2021
I thought tonight I’d share something with you that has been burning in my heart as I travelled around to all these, so far seven weekends in our 40th Anniversary year because people consistently, wherever I go, keep bringing up, “Well, The Way Ministry is a Biblical research ministry and just really what does that all mean?” Well, it’s not nearly as intellectual as it sounds. We are just some people who love God and love His Word, and we love to work it. But, The Way Ministry is a fellowship. You can’t have a fellowship unless you agree on something. If you’re mad at me and I’m mad at you, we’re not going to have much fellowship.
So, The Way Ministry is a fellowship of the followers of the Lord Jesus Christ for the manifestation of the more than abundant life. The Way believers are men and women filled with and manifest power from on high, meaning that they’re filled with the holy spirit. They are men and women who freely avail themselves of fellowship meetings for their spiritual nurture and growth. The Way fellowship is cemented together by the love of God with each individual believer being transformed by the renewing of his or her mind according to the Word of God.
The Way fellowship is not a membership list; it’s not a baptismal list; it is what I have just defined it to be.
The Way Ministry accepts and believes the scriptures, the Bible, to be the true revelation from God and about God, and it is our only rule of faith and practice. It is not our primary rule of faith and practice; it is our only rule of faith and practice. So, The Way Ministry is a Biblical research, a Biblical teaching and a Biblical fellowship ministry. This is for all people. Well, then what is research? Biblical research is not primarily to learn something new, but it is to re-research, to reinvestigate, to rediscover anew the scriptures for ourselves in order to know what God has revealed to us and for our learning. All the benefits of our Biblical research work, all the benefits are designed for those who desire to hear – and that is teaching. When believers meet, that is fellowship. So that is The Way Biblical research, teaching and fellowship ministry.

The Victoriously Living Christ
Friday Jul 09, 2021
Friday Jul 09, 2021
There is a time for all things, but there is one thing for all times, and that is The Victoriously Living Christ.
Living victoriously is victorious living, it is radiant living.
There are three words which enable us to see the greatness of The Victoriously Living Christ. The first word is “believing”; believing is the genus of Christianity. The second word is “love”; love is the badge of Christianity. And the third is the word “Word”; it is God’s Word, the Scriptures, which is the foundation of Christianity.
One of our wonderful young ladies from Sioux Falls, South Dakota wrote the following poem this week: Victorious Living is living so fine, Living God’s Word and making it mine. Loving the Father for sending His son, And running the race which is already won. Living the Mystery is Christ in me, I believe God’s Word and then I did see. Just have to tell it and let be known, What God did for all from His heavenly throne. Yes, Victorious Living is living so fine, Living God’s Word and making it mine.
It’s that a beautiful little poem?

Living Victoriously Word Worldwide
Friday Jul 09, 2021
Friday Jul 09, 2021
We, as God’s sons and daughters, have to rise up to the level of His Word, and believe the Word, and carry God’s Word to the world. Whenever you do that it will take the “L” out of the world, because when you take God’s Word you end up with the “L” out of the world, and there is plenty to take out.
The last words that Jesus Christ spoke with his people are:
Acts 1:8:
But ye shall [absolute tense] receive [lambanō, receive into manifestation] power [dunamis], after that the Holy Ghost [pneuma hagion, holy spirit, the gift] is come upon you:...
The text should read “when” and not “after,” because, every born-again believer should immediately manifest the dunamis after they are born again. Biblically, the manifestation is speaking in tongues, for speaking in tongues is the external manifestation of the internal reality and presence of God in Christ in you, holy spirit. And that is exactly what you get at the moment you are born again. You have the dunamis; it is the potential or latent spiritual power. It becomes kinetic when you exercise it. I have seen, many times through the years, that people were taught ahead of time and were instructed about speaking in tongues, and how it operates and then, when they were born again, they immediately manifested; they spoke in tongues.
Acts 1:8 continued:
...and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem [where it occurred], and in all Judaea, and in Samaria [going out further], and unto the uttermost part of the earth.

Jesus Christ Our Promised Seed

Friday Jul 09, 2021
I had given to you tonight, upon your arrival here at International for the evening fellowship, this particular piece of paper that has on it the table of the order in which the events occurred; the chronological events surrounding the birth of Christ. Of course, this is yours to take with you, but this will put together for you the order in which these things occurred. So that if you will read these scriptures in the order that they're given here.
Number one is Luke 1:5-25, which is the angel's announcement of the birth of John the Baptist. You start there and go all the way through, you will chronologically have everything in order regarding the birth of Jesus Christ. The second one is Luke 1:26-38, and that's the angel's announcement of the birth of Jesus. Number three is Luke 1:39-56, Mary visits Elizabeth. Number four is Luke 1:57-80, which is the birth of John the Baptist. And then you go to Matthew chapter 1:18-24, where you have the record dealing with Mary, Joseph and the angel. And in number six, Matthew 1:25a and in Luke 2:1-20, you have the birth of Jesus. Number seven is Matthew 1:25b and Luke 2:21, which is Jesus’ circumcision and the naming of Jesus Christ. Number eight is Luke 2:22-24, which is marriage purification and Jesus’ presentation in the temple. Number nine is Luke 2:25-35, where Simeon is there in the temple. And the tenth one is Luke 2:36-38, which is the prophetess Anna. Then in Matthew chapter 2:1-12, you have the wise men, the magi. And number 12 is Matthew 2:13-22, the flight to Egypt. And 13 is Matthew 2:23 and Luke 2:39, their return to Nazareth. Fourteen is Luke 2:40 and verse 42, Jesus to the age of 12. And finally, the 15th one is Luke 2:42-52, Jesus from age of 12 to manhood.
This will put together for you all the accuracy that we know of God’s Word regarding the chronological events surrounding the birth of Jesus Christ.

The Magi and His Star
Friday Jul 09, 2021
Friday Jul 09, 2021
Now, tonight, on this September the 5th of ’82, I thought I'd like to handle with you the Magi and his star. Jesus Christ, according to our calendar, was born on September the 11th, 3 B.C., which I handled in detail last week.
The whole… You see, the Hebrew day starts with sunset. Our day starts with midnight. Today, you start a new day with midnight. The 6th of September will start at midnight tonight. There's one book in the Bible that's written in Egyptian time, and they started the day with sunrise, and that's the Book of Esther. So when you're reading the Book of Esther and they mention time, you have to think in terms of sunrise to sunrise. But when you're thinking Hebrew time, biblical time, Judean time, you have to think sunset to sunset. So sunset was the first part of the next day. Understand? So that sunset occurred on September 11 at 6:18 p.m.. And the moonset on September the 11th was at 7:39. And that period of time in there is called night.
Now, the first Adam mentioned in Genesis breathed on September the 11th, at that first day of time of sunset on that day. And that corresponds to the second Adam, Jesus Christ, who breathed his first breath on September the 11th. And it had to be between the hours of 6:18 and 7:39 p.m. Palestinian time, not our time. Palestinian time.

The Three Judgments
Friday Jul 09, 2021
Friday Jul 09, 2021
Tonight, I’m going to teach on the three judgments, and it is Dr. Bullinger who inspired me along this line.
Traditional Christianity teaches and it claims there’s only one judgment, but there are three. But each in its time and its place.
Tonight, I’d like for you to again look at 1 Corinthians Chapter 2, because when it comes to the three judgments, you’ve just got to remember some of these verses. And here’s one that you’ll always have to remember. Verse 8 of the second chapter of 1 Corinthians.
1 Corinthians 2:8-9:
8 Which none of the princes of this world knew: for had they known it, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory.
9 But as it is written, [verse 9] Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him.
In Romans Chapter 8. These are just preliminary scriptures to what I want to share tonight. Romans Chapter 8, verse 30.

Learning Is an Exciting Adventure
Friday Jul 09, 2021
Friday Jul 09, 2021
God bless. Take your Bibles tonight and go to the book of Acts chapter 1, please. Tonight I’d
like to share on the subject: Learning is an exciting adventure.
The record is in Acts chapter 1. There have been great moments in history. This record in Acts chapter 1 is another one of those great moments in history. The record is that which just preceded the ascension of our lord and savior, Jesus Christ.
The book of Acts, verse 1 of chapter 1, states:
Acts 1:1-2:
The former treatise [the gospel of Luke] have I made, O Theophilus, [and the word“Theophilus” means beloved of God] of all that Jesus began both to do and teach,Until the day in which he was taken up,…
And that day in which he was taken up is called what? The ascension. Right. And the ascension occurred forty days after the resurrection. Ten days after the ascension, the Day of Pentecost occurred. You and I looking back know it was ten days. All of those living at that time looking ahead didn’t know exactly how many days it would be until the day in which he was taken up.

The Word of Truth
Thursday Jul 08, 2021
Thursday Jul 08, 2021
You know, the Book of Acts, the church and the pastoral epistles, are God's masterwork of genius in writing to us His divine mercy and grace. We are sons of God's eternal love. Almost everybody knows from memory John 3:16, at least, if you've been a religious person. You may not know too many verses in scripture, but about everybody knows John 3:16.
John 3:16:
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
In 1 John, the epistle of 1 John, in chapter 3, verse 1.
1 John 3:1-2:
Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of God: therefore the world knoweth us not, because it knew him not.
Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is.
We are sons of God's love. God in Christ did a perfect work for us, fulfilling all of God's claims of justice. And He has done a perfect work in us, for we are a new race of men and women. And the Lord Jesus Christ is seated at the right hand of the Father and he is making intersession for us.
In Romans chapter 8, listen to this verse. Romans 8, verse 33.

The Words of This Life
Thursday Jul 08, 2021
Thursday Jul 08, 2021
Take your Bibles and turn to the book of Acts, please.
Tonight, I’d like to share with you on the subject of the words of this life. If we could have all heard and believed what we heard in the manifestations, I wouldn’t have to teach tonight. It was all covered in the manifestations.
The book of Acts is a history of the rise and the expansion of the Christian church. Every time I read and study it, I always stand in utter amazement of the greatness of the revelation in that book. How little they knew, but how much they did! The vital experience of receiving God’s gift of holy spirit and speaking in tongues just electrified all of their action. In comparison, I see in so-called religious Christianity how much we know, but how little we do. Apparently, the greatness of the new birth and the receiving of holy spirit and speaking in tongues does not do as much for us as it did for the original apostles and disciples. It fails to have the great significance for us as it did for them. They were fearless. They were bold. And they shared everything above their need. And everywhere where they went, they preached the Word.
In comparison, our day of watered-down, diluted, religious Christianity has made born-again Christians like toys in the hands of the adversary. We have been crippled by an inferiority complex; and thus become failures and condemned in our own sight. Literally, the forgotten man of Christianity today is the born-again Christian. He lacks knowledge and understanding of the Word. He listens to, reads, believes the words of the religious radio, television and publications rather than the words of the Word.
By comparison, Acts 5 is a fantastic revelation. It is really mind-expanding. Ananias and Sapphira had lied to the apostles. Satan had filled their hearts to lie to the Holy Ghost, which is to God. Because, when they lied to Peter they lied to God.
In Acts chapter 5, verse 1 we read:
Acts 5:1-5: But a certain man named Ananias, with Sapphira his wife, sold a possession, [singular]
And [he] kept back part of the price, his wife also being privy [conscious of it, knowledgeable of it], and brought a certain part, and laid it at the apostles' feet.
But Peter said, [unto Ananias], why hath Satan filled thine heart to lie to the Holy Ghost, and to keep back part of the price of the land?
Whiles it remained, was it not thine own [your own]? and [even after you sold it, class, see that?] after it was sold was it not in thine own power? why hast thou conceived this thing in thine heart? thou hast not lied unto men, but unto God.
And Ananias hearing these words fell down, and gave up the ghost [that means he died]: and great fear [great reverence, great respect] came on all them that heard these things.
